That number continues to grow, as more Wisconsin dairy farmers work to achieve organic certification and supply the organic products niche.
Wisconsin's world-class cheesemakers are doing so as well, now offering a variety of organic specialty cheeses that range from Cheddar and Jack to Colby, Feta and Muenster to Parmesan.
