Wisconsin is a leader in the organic dairy industry, with more than 250 dairy farms in the state now certified organic - more than any other state in the nation. That number continues to grow, as more Wisconsin dairy farmers work to achieve organic certification and supply the organic products niche.
Wisconsin's world-class cheesemakers are doing so as well, now offering a variety of organic specialty cheeses that range from Cheddar and Jack to Colby, Feta and Muenster to Parmesan.
